Request assistance. The bottom left camera is distored at the bottom. It fluctuates between being clean and distored. Is it because my bitrate is too high? These individual cameras are running at 1080p set to around 4300 bitrate. My OBS stream is set at 15,000 bitrate. All my cameras and stream settings are set to constant bitrate and not variable. I'm averaging about 20Mbps upload speed according to speedtest.net. My PC is a Apple Mac Mini M2 with 24GB memory.
Not sure if it matters but I also have 7 other IP cameras running at 4k 5000 bitrate on the same local network but it does not stream to the Internet.
Is it because I'm running out of upload bandwidth for the fish cameras? Also how does it work? If I set the fish cameras to 4k, does that eat up more bandwidth or is it just the bitrate that uses bandwidth or both?
