Question / Help Help with bind to IP issue

Hi guys, I've looked everywhere for help on this subject but I couldn't find a solution. I'm trying to stream with Wowza but I'm getting an error message, "Host name found but no data of the requested type, this can occur if you have bound to an ipv6 address and your streaming service only has ipv4 addresses". I've tried the default and running through the other IP settings, checked my firewall, turned ipv6 off and nothing has solved it. Should I contact Wowza or my ISP?Or is there any way to fix this at all?
thnx
Mandy

Go to OBS Settings->Advanced->Network->Bind to IP and set the drop down list to "Default". In case you already tried this, post a OBS logfile that contains a failed connection attempt.

The server you configured (130b4e.entrypoint.cloud.wowza.com) isn't active. It neither has a ipv4 nor a ipv6 address. Check your settings and follow the wowza guides which server you should use. It seems to be somewhere in your wowza account settings.
