I am using OBS software for video recording, however the audio is not capturing from the microphone. The audio is coming only from the camera and the sound is breaking. Everything was working fine and sudenly stopped. I am using Panasonic Lumix G7 camera, Zoom H6 microphone and Blackmagic ATEM mini. The microphone is connected to the camera via its original AUX cable, camera is connected to ATEM mini via HDMI cable and the ATEM mini is connected to PC via USBc. Even the ATEM software stopped capturing the audio from the microphone. Sound is on, on both softwares and mic. There is the correct mic setting for audio on OBS, already tried to swich to different audio devices on OBS settings. On OBS, mic's audio appears as blackmagic device. Tried to connect the mic to ATEM mini directly as well and it was also working before, now the sound is coming only from the camera. However when the mic is connected directly, it appears in the ATEM software and the mic bars are jumping very slighlty, the volume is set as it was before, but there is no sound. Tried to connect the mic to the PC via the USB and mic input, did not work. How to make the mic work on OBS when it is connected to camera (otherwise there is a gap betweeen audio and vidio when recording) and how to make the audio work without thw sound breaking? Is it OBS or ATEM fault? OBS log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/vKIaYI9kWGn0cR6u
I have consulted the user manuals for the camera, microphone and ATEM device and unfortunately was not able to find any releveant informatio to resolve this problem. The only reason I tried to connect mic to pc was to try and adentify which item of equipment was causing the problem.
