[HELP] Trying to play a video but it comes out without sound

Hi, I am using Obs 26.1.1 to make a live transmission to Zoom. I need to insert a video in the middle of the broadcast. After adding the video using the Media Source, the video plays nicely but age only. And I need the sound to be played as well. I checked with different users In a test and nobody was able to hear the Media (.mp4 video file). Can someone please help me?

OBS doesn't output an audio device to the virtual camera. If you are sharing your desktop audio, you could set the media source to 'monitor and output' or 'monitor only (mute output)' in the Advanced Audio Properties, then in Settings->Audio set your monitoring device for playback.
