Question / Help Help..Trying To Livestream To Youtube Live

Can anyone help me? I am new to Livestreaming and I am trying to use Youtube Live. I am on a school server but Live streamed here yesterday using a webcam without OBS. I downloaded OBS and have all of my setting configured, but when I click start streaming I get this message. What do I need to do to fix the issue? Please be gentle I am new to the vocabulary!

I would suspect that since yesterday your school's network administrator blocked traffic to the YouTube ingest server.
