Question / Help Help streaming with a cohost on twitch

I am currently trying to figure out how to do a podcast type stream using my desktop with video clips and articles with me and another person (across the country) doing commentary and interacting together. He is on a mac and I am on windows. I want to be able to have both of our webcams up and use the capture from my computer for the stream. what do I need to have to accomplish this. Obviously a large delay will ruin the vibe here. any advice on how to do this and what hardware and software I need would be appreciated
