Help set up the OBS for setup:
i5-9600K
GTX 2060
MSI Z390 board
16 RAM
Every time I play CS GO, my OBS freezes and I have to restart it. I'm already tired of such a problem. I will be glad to help!

- You can use the Max quality preset, which will activate two-pass encoding

Use the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the recommended settings.
Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

It's strange that playing a game freezes OBS. Probably a third party plugin or app conflicts with it.

Use only one game capture per scene; display capture should be in a different scene too.
Too many filters may cause issues too. Normally you need 2 or 3 filters at most for audio.

And the log says you didn't test it. Please do.

I tested it a little more, everything was fine for 10 minutes, and then it hung up again
