Bug Report Help required for FB live

Whenever I do a trail test for Facebook Live with OBS then it will run very smoothly but when I started to do a live session then it always creates a problem, we are getting 50% frames drops while video streaming. I also attached a screenshot I have to quit the software and reinstall it but still suffers a lot.
we are using a video mixer feed and internet speed of 50MBPS
please look into the matter

thanks for your prompt response

when i was doing the same streaming through recorded video feed then it works smooth but if i put a live video feed then it stop working
