Help? Recording Settings w/ OBS Studio

Hi everyone! I do a lot of recording, both for Minecraft and ARK, and there's some newer games coming. I've been struggling to get a decent recording of these, where there isn't moments of digitalness; the random blocky digital look when moving too fast or turning too quick. My streams have been decent too, although there has been audio sync issues between my Mic and my Webcam.
Here's the specs of my PC:
Intel Core i7 4790k
32gb DDR
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti
Mic: Audio Technica AT2005
Webcam: Logitech c920
Internet Speed: 235 Mbps down/ 24 Mbps up


All the playin' around I did with settings may or may not have screwed up my last settings, that were decent, not great, but decent.

Even with "indistinguishable" as the quality and "software, low cpu use x264" as the encoder?
