Question / Help Help recording csgo

So normally running csgo i run up to 200-300 fps, then whenever i hit my record button i drop immediately to around 60-100 and for me that lags. Honestly im kinda new to using obs so not sure if i have the right settings, just looked up videos and stuff.

My specs are:
Intel Core i7-4930k CPU @ 3.40 GHz 6 cores 16 gb ram GTX 970
