Question / Help help pubg+streaming=100% cpu usage

So here is My pc and internet spec
i5 4570
Ram 12gb
Ssd 250gb
Gpu 1060 6gb
3mbps upload

So, is it because of my spec or the setting that i have?
Currently i stream at 720p 60fps 2500 bitrate and it makes my game unplayable and my stream stuttering

What cpu preset do you use? With your specs it should be at veryfast.

Yes i use at veryfast, i tried the other preset, fast and ultra fast but still my cpu ran 100%

Try disabling your monitor capture. Having both game and monitor capture can cause problems.
