what source are you using to record. my original thought of your computer being too slow probably isn't the problem to your issue

Is that some kind of low-power laptop or tablet with only Intel built-in graphics?

Are you sure you're targeting the game capture to the Minecraft game and not its launcher?

By "low-power" I mean low-power consumption - an ultrabook, thin laptop, or tablet. Sometimes Minecraft fails to capture on laptops that have two graphics adapters. Your log only shows one, so that shouldn't be the problem here.

Are you seeing black in an actual recorded video file, or are you alt-tabbing out of a fullscreen Minecraft to check your preview? If you're alt-tabbing out of a fullscreen game, that will show a black preview.

Hmm. Your log shows a successful game capture, and then shows that the game window is closed 4 seconds later. Try running OBS as an administrator. If that doesn't work, try to setup your scene and game capture source, start recording, then go into Minecraft for a bit (30-60 seconds), and then come out, stop recording, and check the recording. Please also provide the log for that session.
