Please post a log file from a session where you tried to record something and it lagged.

In short: No, a capture card will even add some load to your system.
The log unfortunately did not include a recording session but looking at your hardware and settings it is likely that your settings are too high.
Depending on the content you want to stream you could also configure OBS to use your dedicated Geforce Chip (according to the log its a Geforce 810A) instead of the integrated intel chip it is currently running on.
