When i try to record or stream a game with obs and i have in the game more than 60 fps, something strange happens. I dont have lags in the game, but i have them in the video. V-sync resolves this problem, but i cant play in every game with v-sync (cs, pubg, osu, rainbow 6 - i need over 100 fps there). I tried different settings, high priority, reinstalling but it didn't help. Maybe you can resolve my problem? i7-3770, gtx 1050 ti oc 4gb msi, 16 gb ram, windows 10.

Point 4.1 might be the reason why, you get lags in your video/stream, if you play without a frame limit:

Just make sure, that your game will never produce more than ~90% GPU load, and your recording/stream should be fine.
You can check it by turning VSYNC off, record a few minutes and then check your OBS log file (which is missing in this thread). If my theory is right, you might find some rendering lag in your OBS log file.

20:44:37.034: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 216 (48.5%)
20:44:37.034: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
20:44:37.034: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 9/446 (2.0%)

Your GPU is overloaded. Osiris' suggestion is good: cap FPS.
