Help please with stream overlays

Hi, I’m trying to somehow sync my game capture and webcam and also chat from livestreams into my overlay so that certain things like the gamertag box and the Santa hands appear over the webcam and game capture is their anyway to do this all help will be greatly appreciated.

It's a lot like PowerPoint. Put all of those sources in the same scene, order them so that the ones you want to be smaller are on top, make them smaller, and put them where you want. Drag the red handles, or right-click -> Transform.
