I recorded in obs at 60000 bit rate the quality came out amazing just what I was looking for I’m new to pc and recording gameplay and have tested quite a few settings and view loads of tutorials and was getting a blurry blocky mess when I went to 60000 all my quality issues were resolved but on play back I noticed in places of my video that their is lag or some form of skipping when I pull back the video to the same spot to see it again it’s gone and the video continues to play smoothly then a little bit further into the video I will notice this again I will rewind and it’s gone it plays smoothly I’m worried if I upload this to YouTube that those skipping things will be in my video is this just a playback issue or is that actually going to be in the video I’m so confused ♂
