Help please - Log file keeps adding Found EOI before any SOF, ignoring then overread 8

Log file goes crazy and keeps adding this:

It just continues forever until I exit from OBS. I just added an Elgato Facecam Pro to the computer along with an ATEM switcher. This may be related to the new camera. But it happens even if the camera is unplugged from the USB port. I attached the full log file.

Problem seems fixed. I had to initialize the Facecam Pro using its software. I can then shut down that software and launch OBS. The problem has vanish! Whew...
