Question / Help Help optimizing stream

So I literally just tried out streaming a few minutes ago, and it was a real nice quality and working very well. Then during bigger fights it started to get real laggy and choppy. It never fixed itself after that and I have stopped and started the stream multiple times with different settings trying to find the best one for my build. Any suggestions to help me narrow it down?

MOBO: Z270 Gaming k3
CPU: I5 7500
GPU: GTX 1070
Memory:16Gb Corsiar Vengeance
I'm streaming at 2000 bit rate at 1280x720 with a 6 Mb upload speed, if that counts for anything.

I am having issues currently with my dropped frames however, I got a pretty powerful rig. You and I have the same 6 Mb upload speed and that might be the issue here. Internet sucks for uploading.
