Question / Help Help On configuring Video Settings

Processor : 4 x Intel I5-6200 CPU @ 2.30 Ghz
RAM =6 Gb
System Type : 64-bit OS
GPU :
- Nvidia GeForce 920M (Dedicated 2Gb )

Assistance with:
- SO whenever i try to record , it shows in the bottom of obs that its overloaded and suggests to change encoder settings...
- the game doesnt lag while recording but after stopping the recording, the whole reocrded video seems to lagg tremendously..

- wud really like some assistance for this...
