HELP: OBS slow, dropping out, halting machine, unusable with Facebook

Hello, please help:

When I run OBS for my live show, it slows my machine down and becomes unusable in facebook.

see below my machine specs:

When OBS is not running, this is my CPU usage:

As soon as I run OBS and facebook, CPU becomes this:

Images in facebook become pixellated and useless.

I have connected the computer via CAT-7 cable directly to the router, no change.

Please help! I am trying to do a music show - this week, 600 people had to watch a blocky, pixellated mess on the screen with laggy audio.

Any advice warmly appreciated.

Additionally:

OBS is up to date, I am using an iphone XS Max as the camera withthe OBS app installed.

At this point I am willing to pay money for a solution that just *works*.

I have basically the same MBP and stream to FB with no issues.

So here are a few questions since you didn't post your settings or upload your log file:

What are your stream settings?
What is your canvas size?
What encoder are you using?
Are you also recording? If so, what encoder are you using for that?
Are you using studio mode? If so, have you checked "Disable Mac OS V-Sync" in settings->advanced?
Are you using Multiview?
What audio rate are you using?
What sound sample rate are you using? (44 or 48) Is it consistent across all of your devices?
