Question / Help Help! OBS records at <5 fps ingame

So I recently tried running OBS to capture Rocket League. My fps was fine ingame and the recorder seemed fine too. However when I checked the footage once the game started up my fps in the recording went to absolute hell. 1-3 fps on average, which is ridiculous. I don't know what to do, does anyone else?

Ryzen 570 8GB
16GB 2666mhz
