Question / Help HELP!! OBS keeps crashing with no hope... WHOOPS OBS CRASHED!

I wanted to know if anyone can help me? i uninstalled, reinstalled OBS and elgato multiple times, each time ending in the same result. I even ran as admin and ran the compatibility mode for windows 7... its getting to be hopeless

my radeon gpu is a r7 and has no updates, and i turned the compatibility mode off but its still gives me an error. If it helps, I had streamlabs OBS installed before, but when I tried to use regular OBS, this started to happen
