The logs you provided show that not only are you not getting a regular crash, you've not gotten a regular crash on this computer (or if you have, you've deleted obs' settings folder since)

I badly explained myself. the block happens when I select a different scene from scene collector…

moving from scene “1” to scene “2” and with any combination obs crashes
