Help - OBS choppy vs FRAPS smooth footage

Hi all,

My local recording with OBS kept getting choppy footage compared to FRAPS. I have tried many settings to fix this but nothing works. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!

Have a look at OBS Log Analyzer below, it effectively says that your PC/Laptop is not grunty enough to do what you want in the curtrent configuration. Theer may be other ways you can configure your system to function better.
