Question / Help HELP NEVER USE TO HAPPEN HIGH ENCODER OVERLOAD

guys please help me this never use to happen i use to stream on medium preset without any issues now all of a sudden bam high encoder warning my cpu usage stays around 70% and this is happening and my computer is more than capable of handling the process ive tried everything now i need you guys i dont know what todo! heres my log
