Help needed picture not showing when connected to ps3

Hello,
I connected my ps3 to the capture card and I am getting no display on the tv but on the obs software it is flickering. Any one could help me with this issue

I believe the PS3 HDMI has HDCP (content protection) which cannot be disabled. This will prevent you capturing the signal.

Personally I don't have any experience but there seems to be mixed views on the internet in general. Some say using a HDMI splitter (1 in 2 out) may work, or if there is such a thing as a HDCP bypass device.
