HELP NEEDED! PC Lags while streaming!

Hello, I want to start streaming on twitch however my PC gets very laggy as I begin to stream. I mainly will be streaming CSGO so if anyone has any types in order for my lag to end please message me. These are my PC specs and my peripherals.

PC:
AMD FX 8350, 8x Core, 4.0 GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 970
8GB Storage, 1TB Harddrive Storage
Dell 24in & HP 17in Monitors

Peripherals:
Razer Blackwidow Chroma 2016
Razer Naga Chroma 2016
Razer Firefly
Racer Kraken 2014
Blue Yeti / Blue Snowball

By the way, my computer has a regular fan that is extremely loud I am assuming it is from my computer overworking itself.
