Help Needed OBS Audio Virtual Cam Zoom

Problem:
I need to be able to use virtual cam to play videos in Zoom
I can't figure out how to combine my mic and video audio as a mic device in Zoom so that the video audio can be heard and my mic vocals can be heard at the same time.

On PC I can use a free software called Voicemeeter Banana and its an easy setup of collecting the Video sound, Mic input and making it one source. I need to find something similar and free for Mac OS.

Setup:
Using OBS As Virtual Cam to display Camera, Videos, Pictures into Zoom Camera as Speaker View presentation.
Mic Vocals and any audio coming from videos / sound recordings need to be heard through the mic source on Zoom

Help I'm very new to Mac so I greatly appreciate your patience and simple explanations if you have a solution. thank you.

I have found there is a VB Virtual Cable for Mac but not sure how to set it up to get the system to do what I need it to do.

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish but based on what I understand I would suggest looking at NDI (Newtek) software (it is free), this will allow you to bring in not only the video to Zoom but sound as well (using Video Monitor and Virtual Input). I find it works really well and less buggy than the Virtual Cam when using with Zoom. I am running Mac 10.15.7 on OBS 26.1.0 and works really nicely. Hope this helps!

What I want to accomplish is to be able to give an instructional discourse in zoom using pictures and videos within my camera feed without using Zoom's Share Screen. I need to be able to hear the video the video I share as well as everyone in Zoom hear it too.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I also use Mac and am doing exactly what you are looking to do. I use NDI virtual input as well as NDI tools for Mac. NDI offers tons of tools such as "NDI Audio Input" and "NDI Virtual Video Input." All you have to do is find the right tools for you, and you're all set. There are some great YouTube videos out there that explain in very specific detail how to set it up for both Windows and Mac. It can be a little finicky if you are new to Mac, but I would suggest from personal experience using NDI (Newtek).

I jumped into the OBS Discord and got help with this and it works like a charm for both Mac and Windows PC. Thank you

Okay I've been using it now in the last couple of zoom meetings I have had and having HUGE delay issues in which my Mic Audio and my Camera are way out of sync....

There's a fix for that too! Try and do the following depending on which situation applies for you:

AUDIO IS AHEAD OF VIDEO:
1.) Go to your "Audio Mixer."
2.) Right Click and go to "Advanced Audio Properties"
3.) Change the Sync Offset accordingly. Mine is set to 502ms, but it will vary depending on every person's situation.

VIDEO IS AHEAD OF AUDIO:
1.) Go to your "Video Capture Device"
2.) Rick Click and go to "Filters"
3.) Add the filter "Render Delay"
4.) Adjust the Delay accordingly.

Hopefully this helps!
