So I'm looking into adding alerts to my stream that are more customized or animated than NightDev or Twitchalerts. An example of what I'm trying to get would be:

1:03:29 AND 1:05:23 in this broadcast.
I didn't really know where to go to ask for help on this, but if anyone knows how to create something like those alerts with a program, or knows of anyone who makes those as a developer, etc., that'd be great. Thanks.
