Question / Help Help need with AXIS 215 PTZ IP camera settings

Hi there.

I need to setup OBS to use above mentioned camera.

I followed this tutorial: http://www.selimatmaca.com/index.php/live-streaming/138-encoder-software and also entered the URL details as found here http://www.soleratec.com/support/rtsp/rtsp_listing?camera_company=AXIS&camera_model=215_PTZ for my camera.
Unfortunately I still do no have it connected/setup with OBS. I am sure I need to enter the username and password but don't know where. I have the correct IP address and can access the camera's UI when entering it in a browser.

I will really appreciate your help. I have sent AXIS a support ticket but don't expect a reply before Monday.

You should be able to include a username/password via the URL when adding as a media source - rtsp://username:password@ip_address/axis-media/media.amp

I tried and it did not work. I have attached a screenshot with the settings.

It seems I will have to wait for AXIS support.
