You're going to need to post some actual information about what you're doing and what you're setup is like, otherwise that is just a meaningless picture. A log file would also help.
 
You have a very old Computer dude ... Athlon 64 3800+ and a very old and slow Graphics Card

Sorry do you come from Stone Age ? :-))


If you really want to capture and stream your Game, then please use other faster PC

Well, you still didn't give much more information (I assume you're using a capture card of some type?) but yeah, your computer is awful and will not work well for streaming at all.
