I need a suggestion, can I somehow improve the quality more than this? I only record videos and when I record a video they are okaaaay, I guess :/ and I need help with the problem I have, and that is that my videos take up a lot of space, I am aware of the fact that the better the quality is the more space I need, but I i think 14GB for 2 hours of recording is a bit much? I don't know why I used mp4 when I was recording it. I have a 1 hour and 20 minute clip that takes up 60gb and is in mkv format, but there were some weird settings i think, mostly if someone can recommend me the best settings for my PC I would be very grateful.
Ryzen 5 2600x
GTX 1070ti
16GB Ram 3200Mhz
I think the other components mean nothing to you.
Quality is extremely important to me, but the space that the video takes up i want to be moderate, I also want the clips to be as smooth as possible and without some pixels when I move quickly in some games, I remember I had that problem, thanks for your time.

Have you tried going to Video Capture device settings and enable Buffering.
It says that if you enable buffering the quality of the video is improved.

Switch to to simple output mode, choose Hardware Nvenc and Indistuinguishable quality or if the size is still too big, choose High quality.
Mkv or mp4 as format doesn't change the size of the file, only the container format. It is preferable to leave it at mkv and remux it to mp4 if needed for the editing program.

In your current recording settings, locate the CQ level. You increase quality by lowering CQ. A change by 3-4 halves/doubles file size. Values at about 18 and below are visually indistinguishable from the original. With high values around 30 like yours, compression artefacts are clearly visible.
File size is unavoidable. It is like it is. If you want quality, you have to pay with disk space.
