Question / Help Help Me Out With Some Settings For Gaming

I want to record my games with obs studio, but I am very confused with the settings and what I should use. I want to record overwatch and other games in HD quality without a lot of game fps lost from recording.

I have a gtx970-4gb
i5 6500
8gb ram

Just need some good settings that looks good and doesn't stress my hardware too much.

***Also I just want a file output to something I can edit in sony vegas, not streaming.
A list or file of settings I can just change into my obs would be super awesome! But I am grateful for any feedback!

Yeah, thats the thing though, network shouldnt matter if I just want to record, not stream

Use the Quick Sync encoder or NVENC encoder depending on what is available. If Quick Sync is available, use it.
