Question / Help Help me obs recording i5

I brought a gaming laptop by ASUS-ROG
Its specifications are:-
i5 7300hq
8gb ram
1tb + 128gb
Gtx 1050
While playing games for instance csgo when i try to record the fps drops and my game stammers with fps drop and even the recorded game play even isnt good
Please help me with what should i do

Recording on a laptop is not recommended but i wil do my best to see what we can make out of it.
You want to stream csgo : Thats a good game doasnt require mutch of your hardware.

I want to know :

1. Are you recording 720p 60 fps?
2. What is the resolution of your screen?
3. Have you tried 30 fps instead of 60?
4. What are your recording settings in x264?

Tips :

1. Try to update your drivers.
2. Download Geforce Experience if you havent and update
