I get lag in my current recordings.I don't have the best history with obs(extreme lag I think my pc is crap) BUT after spending a week on obs forums with some nice people who helped me out,I got a decent frame rate and quality,and finally got to upload my first video on YouTube!(Which you can check out here if you want to see the Fps/quality.Skip to the 5th second and itll get right into the gameplay ,skipping the intro:-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4wu25GQcNk)
My game doesn't lag much(which it usually never does.EVER.)while recording but the output videos are quite horrible.Im not sure what is causing this as im using the same settings on my pc,game and obs.

My pc is a dell inspiron 15 series 3000 intel i7 core with nvdia GeForce and a x64-bit processor.You could google the specs,Im not sure what you want to see.
Please help me out,obs is the only decent recording program I found.
