Help me for smooth recording anyone!

Hi, if you want to help, thanks. I was actually really excited for this but now I'm not understanding a single thing. I am able to record anything except my video game's gameplay. Please help me. I also need a very smooth recording, smoothest my computer can generate, and also highest possible resolution for my computer and screen recordings. Here is my specs for this PC, so do help if you know!:

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. This are the best settings bassed on your system specifications.
Once you tested it as is, if all goes well change the quality preset for a better one and test it again.
