Trying to record a potg in overwatch but for some reason frames are getting lagged in the output (in game is fine)
Tried lots of settings and twitched around and cqp had the less lagged frames than cbr for some reason. tried lowing bit rates in cbr and there were no difference with performance only quality loss same for cqp..
