yes, NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE n Force 430

That GPU doesn't support DX11, so it can't run OBS.

Is not there a way? only trading the board?

What other program can I use instead?

The whole system is unfortunately quite old. Video encoding requires a lot of processing power so I don't think you'll have much luck with any program.
