Help learning to read crash files

Hivemind,

My OBS setup decided to roll over and pay dead this week, and am learning how to troubleshoot. OBS crashes in both safe and normal mode. Have done the clean install of NVIDIA drivers, computer is fully update, plenty of HDD space, and have removed unnecessary Adobe products. Have removed/reinstalled OBS, but did not delete scenes files between removal/reinstall in hopes of resurrecting the setup.

Log analyzer doesn't indicate where the problem is. Can one of you look at the file and tell me what I'm missing?

This is the only log it would create after not booting into safe or normal mode. When this log was created, the cameras and audio devices were not connected. But that shouldn't have kept OBS from opening. The first time it failed to boot is was fully connected and ready to stream.

Yes, that NVIDA is a pain, have do software encoding until I get a new laptop.

The firewall stuff was disabled as I tried troubleshooting to see if any of it made a difference. It did not. At this point I'm rebuilding the OS until a new computer can replace this HP. I have been streaming with it 2-3 times a week since February, and then we end up here...
