Your CPU is really struggling to keep up with live-encoding your stream. Try streaming at 30 FPS. If that doesn't help, consider upgrading your CPU (and possibly your GPU).

That's the thing, i have a six core 3.5 GHz processor, but do you think it could be a graphic card thing?

You have a 3 cores / 6 threads processor , half way between i5 (4 cores*) and i7 (4 cores, 8 threads*) --*usually--

Go down 30FPS and, if needes, rescale to 600p or even 540p

Or try NVENC
