Question / Help HELP! LAG with i7 4790k

So i am struggling with my stream atm. I really cant/dont know what i do wrong when i stream. I am trying to stream on twitch while i play CSGO with OBS. Normally when i play csgo i have around 300-350 fps. As soon as i start streaming i am lagging around and have around 150 fps. Please help me.

First, you are using OB S Studio. Yoiu should have posted in its forum.

encoding lag: You CPU is near limit
rendering lag: your GPU is near limit

This is what cuases FPS drops in CSGO.

So, reduce to 30 FPS (or try 50 FPS)
REduce CSGO ingame graphics requeriments or limit FPS

So my CPU cant handle this? i have seen people streaming CSGO with a i5 nad gtx 680 and they can stream fine..

With a Core2Quad Q6600 and GTX 750 Ti I can stream 720p 60 FPS.
So, check your windows. Maybe you have otrher programs running background.
