Hello ! (Sorry for my english (I'm french))

When I start my stream, I've got drops like, for no reason.
Because all my last stream don't have this problem

My internet connection (On OBS I set the bitrate to 6500kb/s)

I try to set my bitrate to 3000kb/s and no drop ! but why with 6500kb/s, my stream drop ? Before that, with the same config, it worked
