Question / Help Help Interpretting Logs - Dropped frames from Network Lag?

Hey guys, I am hoping to get some help interpretting the cause for my dropped frames. I used to get really smooth streams, but lately I've been getting tons of dropped frames.

Nothing has that I can think of has changed in my setup. I know speed tests don't mean much, but I get between 10 and 17mbs upload and keep my bitrate around 5000.

I am having trouble understanding the logs and pinpointing the cause.

Yes, you are dropping almost all your frames at your current bitrate.

Make sure your network drivers are up to date, that your cables are in working order and properly connected, etc. etc.

If everything is OK on your end, then it's time to address the issue to your ISP.
