Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz
CPU Speed: 3500MHz
CPU Cores: Physical Cores: 4, Logical Cores: 4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Dedicated Ram: 16GB
Software:
Windows Version:
10.0 Build 14393 (revision: 576; 64-bit)
OBS Version: 0.16.6 (64bit, windows)
Running as Administrator: true
Network:
Upload Speed:
20Mbps+

My goal is to just set up a proper obs stream for my hardware, software, and network configuration. The problem is, no matter what settings I try, my stream always comes out stuttering, or extremely grainy. (please reference stream for example) Here are my current obs settings, I am hoping someone can spot something wrong either in my obs settings, or in my log file that could help me out! Thank you!

The log you posted did not include any stream attempt.

Stuttering will either be caused by dropped frames or overloaded encoder.

That CPU won't be able to handle faster with a game running, almost certainly. Put it back on veryfast and try again.

Much better. I couldn't tell if my CPU could handle the "faster" preset or not, because in game I was still getting 299fps. So Here is a link to the video, https://www.twitch.tv/robbejm/v/114293119 things look nice, yet I still think something is off with the colors and the text is blurry. Any settings I could improve or change to fix those? My current color settings are as follows.
color format: nv12
yuv color space: 601
yuv color range: partial

Colors: 709, range total (if you want)

About text, without a complete log, I only can suggest trying a Sharpen filter.
