Help: i have several scripts exportd , trying to use GetScriptList and get HotkyeList with C#

I have a C# app I am writing to run on an android, I am debugging on windows. My C# code for GetSceneList
will return a list. Simular code for GetScriptList returns ErrorCode: 204, Comment: Your reqest type is not valid.

Is there any one who can guide me?
