Question / Help HELP! High encoding no matter what my settings are

No matter what Settings I set, ultrafast, 1000 bitrate, stupidly low resolutions, Encoding overload still happens!

I have a dual-core 2.8ghz proc and 8gb ram but it just wont work >_<

If I can't fix this I'll just have to find some other kind of video capture software, though I really don't want to

You're probably going to need to find something else, your system is actually very low end.
