You are running three monitors on the RX 480 graphics card. If it looks laggy as hell, are you running your game on a fast refresh monitor and OBS Studio on a slower 60Hz?
If so, you can...
Disable OBS preview, close down and restart
or run OBS Studio on the fast refresh monitor preview on or off
or buy another monitor of the same brand and model number that matches your fast refresh monitor speed and attach it to the display port
