I'm trying to start streaming and I want to add an Overlay from player.me. Their support sent me here to learn how to stream directly from Xbox to Twitch, but with the player.me overlays that I created on it.

You can't stream directly from the Xbox to twitch with Player.me overlays as far as I know. You need a capture card to connect your console to your Mac so that you can add the overlays.

Capture cards compatible with MacOS and OBS include the BlackMagic Intensity line, USB devices from Magewell, and the AJA UTAP HDMI. Avoid Elgato as they generally do not provide MacOS drivers for their hardware, with few exceptions.
