Question / Help help: flickering and black screen problem

Hello, i am trying to record Empire Earth 1, its an old game from 2001-2002, from what i know it uses DirectX7 ( i am not 100% sure ). in OBS i am getting flickering when using Display Capture and black screen when using Game Capture. I have spent hours trying with different options and still no result, i have also tried other programs like Camtasia, Bandicam, filmora all of them the same result: flickering. my friends record and stream this game with OBS, what am i doing wrong? help please.

my PC spec:
intel i7700 4 cores
radeon RX570 4 gb
monitor samsung HD 32'

Try window capture.

Game capture requires DirectX9 or higher, and flicker during display capture on DX8 and lower content is common.
