Hi guys, I'm looking for some assistance in getting my OBS performance to where I want it.
I've spent the past 24 hours searching all over Google for a solution to this and no matter what I try and do, I cannot get my stream to not be blurry when there's movement. I am only trying to stream WoW:Classic, which should not be that demanding.
Here's a list of things I've tried:
This gave me so far the "nicest" look but I'm still not happy with it.
I've included a link to a recent test stream I tried, so you can see the effect.
According to Google's speed test, I have 138.9 Mbps download and 11.5 Mbps upload.
My computer has a Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB of RAM, and an RTX 2060.
What is going on?
There's never any dropped frames, depending on the setting I used from all the above testing, CPU never goes above 50%.
Is there some setting I'm missing?
Can someone give me a specific list of what to change and exactly what to do if you know of a solution?
Or is, for some reason, my computer not good enough?
Nothing is running in the background except Chrome (which has nothing playing, I've been watching the stream from my laptop or phone), no Windows Updates, Game DVR turned off (it might be back on in this log in the beginning after the fresh Windows reset, but for the latest test I turned it off).
*Edit*
To show what I am trying to accomplish, I want a stream similar in quality to this:
That streamers setup is arguably comparable to mine (I think my Ryzen is better than his i7, but he has a 2070 versus my 2060) so I would think I could get somewhat close to it, but I don't know how to achieve it.

Here's a list of things I've tried:
- Using other programs (SLOBS, OBS, Twitch Studio, GeForce Experience, Xsplit)
- Changing bitrate (from 3500 all the way to 6000, the max for Twitch)
- x264 vs NVEC
- Changing output resolution (1080p, 720p)
- Downscale filter (bicubics, lanczos)
- CPU usage preset (medium, fast, veryfast)
- Profile (none or high)
- Keyframe interval
- Unchecked Enforce streaming service encoder settings
- Reinstalling
